Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18+** **who attend the Cheer Toastie Truck activation at Federation Square, Melbourne on 16 May 2026.

Participating States

VIC (Federation Square activation). Open to residents of all Australian states and territories who attend in person.

Giveaway Period

16 May 2026, from 10am to 2pm AEST, or until all 500 costumes have been distributed, whichever occurs first.

How to Participate

1. Attend the Cheer Toastie Truck at Federation Square, Melbourne.
2. Scan the QR code displayed at the activation.
3. Complete the online form, including answering the question displayed.
4. Receive a confirmation message on screen.
5. Present the confirmation to the Cheer Toastie Truck counter to collect your costume.

Limit

One (1) costume per person, while stocks last.

Collection

Costumes are distributed on-site at the Cheer Toastie Truck counter upon presentation of the confirmation screen. Costumes cannot be reserved, held, or collected at a later date.

A. Participation

1.  By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Participation.

2.  Participants must be Australian residents aged 18+ or older.

3.  Participation is free. No purchase is required.

4.  Participants must attend the Cheer Toastie Truck activation at Federation Square, Melbourne on 18 April 2026 during the Giveaway Period.

5.  To participate, attendees must scan the QR code displayed at the activation, complete the online form (including answering the question displayed), and receive a confirmation message on screen.

6.  Participation is limited to one (1) costume per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity and to refuse distribution to any person who has already received a costume or who attempts to participate more than once.

7.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and authenticity of any participation and to disqualify any person who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the participation process.

B. Distribution

8.  Participants who successfully complete the online form and receive a confirmation message may collect one (1) baby cheese toastie costume from the Cheer Toastie Truck counter upon presentation of their confirmation screen.

9.  A total of 500 costumes are available. Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all costumes have been distributed, no further costumes will be available and the Giveaway will close, regardless of the advertised Giveaway Period end time.

10.  Costumes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

C. Product Safety and Liability

12.  The costume is a novelty dress-up item manufactured by Flourish Marketing on behalf of the Promoter. The costume is not intended for use as everyday clothing or sleepwear. The costume comes in one size only.

13.  The costume should only be worn under direct adult supervision at all times.

15.  Participants should inspect the costume before use and discontinue use immediately if any defect, damage, or loose component is identified.

16.  To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss), damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or any costume, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

17.  Nothing in these Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude, or modify, any consumer guarantees or other rights or remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any equivalent state or territory legislation, including in respect of the safety or quality of the costume.

D. Privacy

18.  The Promoter collects personal information from participants via the online form for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and may disclose that information to its contractors and agents, including the promotional agency (Leo Burnett / Publicis Groupe). 19.  By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes described in these Conditions. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not be able to participate.

20.  Participants may access, update, or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter's handling of personal information will be in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

E. General

21.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if an event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

22.  The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway (including eligibility and compliance with these Conditions) is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23.  These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

24.  The Promoter is Saputo Dairy Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 52 166 135 486) of level 14, 28 Freshwater Place, Southbank VIC 3006.
